Daniel R. Sarther concentrates his practice on civil litigation. Mr. Sarther was admitted to the State Bar of Illinois in 2010. His areas of expertise include commercial insurance defense, casualty insurance defense, workers' compensation defense, commercial litigation and insurance coverage.

Mr. Sarther graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2010 after receiving his BA in Social Sciences from Michigan State University in 2006. While in law school, he was an editor for the Journal of Sports Law and Contemporary Problems.

Mr. Sarther has previous public sector experience working in the Chicago Park District's Law Department. He also worked for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in the Felony Trial Division and Public Corruption and Financial Crimes Division.
